Refund policy​

We do not offer outright refunds for products purchased from SIMI SMART but we

have an exchange policy for products that fulfill the exchange requirements.

​

Eligibility for Exchanges:

- Requests must be made without involvements of any other third party engineers or technicians. 

- Products installed by our engineers that develop defects and technical fault within a week of installation.

- Products not installed by our trusted engineers can only be considered for exchange if request is made within

3 days after delivery.

Exchange Process:

- Contact us at support@simismart.com with proof of the defect to initiate an

inspection for exchange.

- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

- Approved exchanges will be processed with products of the same value and

communication for installations will be made.
